AI-Generated Content

OneStarFix uses artificial intelligence to draft suggested responses to your Google reviews. These responses are suggestions only — you choose whether and how to use them. We do not post responses on your behalf. You are solely responsible for any content you publish in response to reviews.

We use the following third-party services to operate OneStarFix:

• Google Places API — to retrieve your publicly available Google Business Profile data and reviews
• Stripe — to process subscription payments securely
• SendGrid — to deliver review alert emails and weekly digests

Data Retention

We retain your account information and review history for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel your subscription, we delete your account data within 30 days. Aggregated, non-identifying analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
