These terms govern your use of OneStarFix ("we," "us," or "our"), a Google review monitoring and response service based in Michigan. By signing up for or using OneStarFix, you agree to these terms.

The Service

OneStarFix monitors your Google Business Profile for new reviews and sends you email alerts when reviews are posted. The service also generates AI-drafted response suggestions based on the content of each review and delivers a weekly digest summarizing your review activity.

OneStarFix does not post responses to Google on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing any responses to your Google reviews.

Subscription and Billing

OneStarFix is a paid subscription service. Your subscription begins with a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the subscription fee displayed at the time of signup. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. All fees are in US dollars.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will continue to have access until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The response suggestions generated by OneStarFix are created by artificial intelligence and are provided as a starting point only. While we strive for helpful, professional suggestions, AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, inappropriate, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing any suggested responses before posting them publicly. We are not liable for any consequences arising from your use of AI-generated suggestions.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information when signing up, to use the service only for lawful purposes, and to maintain the security of your account credentials. You must be authorized to manage the Google Business Profile you register with OneStarFix.

Acceptable Use

You may not use OneStarFix to generate responses intended to harass or defame reviewers, to violate Google's terms of service or review policies, or to engage in any fraudulent or deceptive activity. You may monitor your own business and up to 3 competitors' publicly available review activity for comparison purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Data and Privacy

Your use of OneStarFix is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Service Availability

We strive to keep OneStarFix available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Review monitoring depends on the availability of the Google Places API, which is outside our control. We are not liable for delays or failures in review detection caused by third-party service disruptions, API changes, or scheduled maintenance.

Disclaimer of Warranties

OneStarFix is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that review alerts will be delivered within any specific timeframe.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneStarFix and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities — regardless of whether we were advised of the possibility of such damages. In any event, if liability is imposed despite this disclaimer, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid for the service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Modifications to the Service

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of OneStarFix at any time. If we make changes that materially reduce the functionality of the service, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of OneStarFix after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of OneStarFix shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.
